Five-Minute Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 raw cucumber, scrubbed and sliced very thin (unpeeled)
    2 c. shredded raw green leaf vegetable (spinach, lettuce or cabbage)
    1 tomato, cubed
    1/2 c. leftover lean meat, shredded
    4 raw mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Heat the broth.
    Add the vegetables and meat.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Yield: about 1 1/2 quarts.
