Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 18 large green peppers
    3 large onions
    1 pkg. beef Rice-A-Roni, prepare to pkg. directions
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 lb. ground meat
    5 to 7 c. peeled, diced tomatoes
    2 c. cooked white rice
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cut tops off peppers; chop and set aside.
    Remove seeds and parboil whole peppers a few at a time, for about 5 minutes. Invert on paper towel to drain.
