Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Fill 4 one pound coffee cans 1/2 full.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
