Cheese Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
11 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. bottled real lemon juice
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cream the cream cheese
with
2/3 cup sugar.
Add eggs; beat until smooth.
Add
vanilla
and
real lemon juice.
Pour into crust.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Let cool.
Add sour cream with 2 tablespoons sugar.
Pour sour cream over pie and bake 10 minutes in
350\u00b0 oven.
Let cool, then chill.
Add topping after pie is
well
chilled.
Use
your
favorite
pie filling (cherry, blueberry or strawberry).
