Cocoa And Cola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coca-Cola
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Preheat
oven
to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except Cola and marshmallows.
Blend on low speed.
Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.
Add Coke; blend well.
Stir in marshmallows. Pour batter in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Spread with Icing.
