Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. boiling water
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
    Gradually stir in boiling water.
    Boil 1 minute stirring constantly.
    Stir in butter, lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
    Keep hot until time to serve.
