Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lbs. leg of lamb
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped thyme
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients into a paste.
    Rub on meat.
    Roast at 300 degrees for 30 minutes per pound.
