Aunt Ann'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken, skinned
    2 c. rice (brown or rice)
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown chicken on all sides.
    Grease a large pan.
    Place uncooked rice in the pan.
    Mix and heat the soup and milk on the stove.
