Cranberry-Pineapple Molds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream (optional)
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add lemon peel and juice, cheese, mayonnaise and salt; beat well.
    Chill until mixture begins to set and is rather lumpy.
    Beat until fluffy and smooth.
    Gently fold in cranberry sauce, pineapple, celery and pecans.
