Lemon Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. oleo
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 1/4 c. flour
    2 oz. lemon extract
    3/4 lb. pecans
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar together until fluffy.
    Beat eggs well; add to sugar and oleo mixture until blended.
    Mix in flour, then add lemon extract, mixing well.
    Fold in pecan halves.
    Pour into 2 sprayed loaf pans.
    Bake for 75 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
    Cool on rack 5 minutes before removing from pans.
