Baked Lamb And Spaghetti(Arni Me Spageto Sto Fourno) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. leg of lamb
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. butter
    1 1/2 lb. ripe tomatoes, peeled and strained
    4 to 5 c. water
    1 1/2 lb. spaghetti
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. Kefalotiri cheese, grated
Preparation
    Wash the meat and season lightly with salt and pepper.
    Place in a pan.
    Dot with the butter and add 1/3 of the tomatoes.
    Cook in preheated 325\u00b0 oven until done (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours).
