Danish Coffee Cake(Makes 4 Coffee Cakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1 c. lukewarm milk
    3 beaten egg yolks (save egg whites)
    1 Fleischmann's yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    apricot, prune or almond filling
    brown sugar, nuts and melted butter
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients as pie dough.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water and add milk and beaten egg yolks.
    Add this to dry ingredients.
    Mix and chill thoroughly.
    Divide in 4 parts. Roll each out quite thin.
    Have ready 3 beaten egg whites (with a little sugar), brown sugar, melted butter and nuts.
    After rolled out, smear all over with melted butter.
    In middle of rectangle, put egg whites with a little sugar.
    Add layer of apricot, prune or almond filling.
    Then add a layer of brown sugar.
    Fold edges toward center over filling.
    Put egg whites, brown sugar and nuts on top of coffee cakes. Let rise about 2 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 or 325\u00b0 until light brown all over.
