Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients well.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Decrease to 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
