Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs, soaked in 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 or 2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 slices bacon
Preparation
    Blend well and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
    Fifteen minutes before done, remove from oven, drain off fat and pour ketchup over top and finish baking.
