Green Chiles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh green chiles
Preparation
    Wash and wipe dry fresh green chiles.
    Pierce once with a fork. Place on broiler pan.
    Broil 1-inch from heat.
    Turn often until blistered and brown all over.
    When done, let cool slightly and peel.
    You can cut chile open and remove seeds, if desired.
