Fish A La Captain'S Galley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 fish filets
    1 bunch chopped green onions
    2 peeled, seeded tomatoes, chopped
    white pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place fish filets in non-stick baking pan. Sprinkle with white pepper. Mix green onions and tomatoes; spoon over filets, taking care to cover to edges of filets. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise; spoon over bake filets. Turn oven to broil; place fish 6 to 8 inches under broiler until topping forms bubbles and starts to turn brown. Leave door open and observe closely to prevent scorching (takes about 5 to 8 minutes). Garnish with parsley. Serve with rice.
