Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 sliced apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. softened butter
Preparation
    Place apples in large glass dish or 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon, salt and lemon juice (if dry, add a little water).
    In another bowl, mix well sugar, flour and butter, then sprinkle on top.
    Bake 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
