Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 slices bread
    3/4 c. Carnation milk (soak bread in milk)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and cook at 450\u00b0 until light brown.
    Add sauce and cook at 400\u00b0 until done (about 20 minutes more).
