Strawberry Duda - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. 10x sugar
1 egg
1/2 lb. vanilla wafers, coconut bar cookies or lemon cookies, crushed
1 qt. strawberries
1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip

Preparation

Cream margarine, 10x sugar and egg together.
Add all but 1/2 cup crushed cookie crumbs.
Press this mixture into a 9-inch pan (pie pan or square).
Add sliced strawberries.
Top with heavy cream or Cool Whip and top with remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate.
