Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 lemons (juice strained)
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal.
    Add melted butter and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Stir in grated peel and juice.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted near rim comes out clean.
    Chill until center is firm enough to cut.
