Lemon Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. dry bread cubes
3 c. milk, scalded
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. lemon extract
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in order given in greased 1 1/2-quart boiling dish.
Place casserole in shallow pan of water.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
Serve warm. Makes 8 servings.
