Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 egg yolks
    5 beaten egg whites
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    13 oz. can coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream margarine and Crisco.
    Add beaten egg yolks; add flour, baking soda and milk, then add coconut and vanilla and fold in egg whites.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until cake springs back.
