Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 large tomato
    3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Clean chicken and cut into 8 pieces; heat pan to medium temperature.
    Add butter, onion and garlic.
    Leave in pan until they get yellow.
    When done, take out; fry the chicken in the same pan until they get gold and red.
    Put in onion, garlic, parsley and tomato.
    Add 3 cups of water and spice.
    Shake the pan, then cover and put on low temperature for 60 minutes.
