Cheddar Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. diced carrots
pepper (if desired)
1/4 c. oleo
2 c. milk
1 c. diced ham
1/2 c. diced celery
onion to taste
2 c. water
1/4 c. flour
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation

Cook potatoes, celery, carrots, onion and pepper in water until tender. Do not drain.
Make a white sauce of oleo, flour and milk (will not be thick).
Beat in Cheddar cheese soup and diced ham.
Combine all together and heat.
