Date-Pineapple-Pecan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. oleo, melted
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 3/4 c. bread flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. pkg. pitted dates, cut up
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Combine all ingredients.
Blend well. Spread in well-greased loaf pan (9 x 3-inch).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
