Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Seagram's 7 Crown
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 lb. chicken wings
Preparation

Combine all ingredients but chicken in large shallow bowl. Cut wing in two pieces at joint and add to marinade.
Refrigerate overnight.
Remove from marinade and broil five inches from the heat, turning frequently, until well browned and cooked through. Serve hot or cold.
