Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh precooked shrimp
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 small onion, grated
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 envelope Knox gelatine, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. dried parsley
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Heat soup on low heat.
    Stir in gelatine and cream cheese until melted.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a mold of your choice and chill overnight.
