Black Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 eggs, separated
    1 1/3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped black walnuts
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add egg yolks and milk.
    Beat them.
    Add sifted flour which has been sifted a second time with salt and baking powder.
    Add walnuts and vanilla. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into Bundt pan.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
