New Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 small new potatoes
    4 to 5 strips of bacon
    1 purple onion
    Honey Dijon dressing, fat-free
    2 to 3 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Steam potatoes until done.
    When cool, cut into 1/2 or 1/4. Chop the bacon and microwave.
    Add onion, bacon, horseradish and dressing.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
