Marinated Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings, disjointed
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. medium or dry sherry
1/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

In a 5-quart Dutch oven, cook wings in oil on high heat, stirring constantly, until wings are browned.
Reduce heat to medium.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook about 25 minutes.
Uncover and cook 10 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Reheat before serving.
