Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 whole slices bread (to fill bottom of cake pan)
    4 c. cooked, cubed chicken (on bread)
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk and juice from chicken
    1/2 tsp. dried onion
    1 tsp. celery flakes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    9 slices Velveeta cheese
    2 cans undiluted cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, butter, salt, pepper, onion, celery flakes and milk and chicken juice.
    Pour over chicken and bread.
    On top of this, put slices of Velveeta cheese, and soup.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    May be covered and refrigerated overnight. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
