Green Beans And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh Greek beans
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    pepper
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Wash beans thoroughly.
    Cook beans (whole or cut up).
    Set aside.
    Saute garlic in butter.
    Add bread crumbs.
    Cook until brown.
    Add mixture and remaining ingredients to beans.
    Place in lightly greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
