Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) beef roast
    6 carrots, quartered
    2 large potatoes, cut in large chunks
    1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
    1 garlic clove, diced
    2 Tbsp. au jus gravy mix
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Place cut-up vegetables in bottom of crock-pot.
    Place roast on top.
    Sprinkle au jus powder over meat.
    Add 2 cups water.
    Can be cooked on high for about 4 hours or can cook on low all day while at work.
