Ingredients

1 small onion
1 large tomato
1 pt. yogurt
large pinch of dried mint
fresh ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Preparation

Finely chop the onion and tomato.
Lightly beat the yogurt. Add the dried mint, fresh ground black pepper and salt.
Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
Chill slightly before serving.
