Noodle Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage (ground)
green pepper and celery, diced
1 lb. noodles (medium-cut)
1 onion, cut fine
salt and pepper
1 qt. tomatoes
2 small cans tomato sauce
grated cheese (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat, celery, onion and green pepper together.
Cook noodles until tender (drain).
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce to meat mixture, then add noodles.
Put into baking dish or roaster. Put grated cheese on top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
The longer and slower it is baked, the better the flavor.
