Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2-crust) pie crust
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    4 c. chopped rhubarb
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Add beaten eggs to sugar, flour and seasonings.
    Beat by hand until smooth.
    Stir in rhubarb; mix well.
    Pour into pie dish. Dot with butter or oleo and place vented top crust on top.
    Bake 50 minutes at 400\u00b0.
