Baked Chili Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
3/4 lb. ground round steak
2 Tbsp. chili powder (mix in meat)
2 medium onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
bacon drippings or cooking oil
1 can tomatoes (large size)
1 medium can chopped mushrooms
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 shakes Tabasco sauce
3 Tbsp. chili powder (mixed in sauce)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 to 1 c. catsup (approximately)
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Cool spaghetti according to package directions.
Brown onion, pepper and seasoned meat in bacon drippings or oil.
Mix with tomatoes, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper and most of the cheese.
Add cooked spaghetti; mix well.
Place in remaining cheese, catsup and crumbs.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Can be mixed beforehand and kept in refrigerator.
