Holiday Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    6 sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    marshmallows (for topping)
Preparation
    Add oleo to hot potatoes.
    Combine with next 6 ingredients in blender or mixer.
    Place mixture in greased 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with marshmallows during last 10 minutes of cooking.
