Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks real butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs (beat in one at a time)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 pt. whipping cream (not whipped)
Preparation
    Have butter, eggs and whipping cream at room temperature. Cream butter and sugar well.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Add flavoring.
    Add flour alternately with whipping cream.
    Grease and flour a tube pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or longer.
