Mascarpone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    5 Tbsp. cherry liqueur
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Let cream cheese come to room temperature and blend with sugar, egg yolks and liqueur.
    Pour into small dessert cups. Chill. When served, top with a maraschino cherry.
