Beverly'S Lime Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lime gelatin
    14 marshmallows (large)
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped or 8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in hot water.
    Add juice from pineapple.
    Chill until set.
    Blend mayonnaise and cream cheese; add pineapple.
    Beat well with gelatin mixture.
    Add pecans and whipped cream.
    Refrigerate until firm, overnight is best.
    (Pecans may be omitted.)
