Country Ham Clips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 pieces thinly sliced country ham
vegetable oil
Preparation

Remove any fat from ham and cut into 1 1/2 in. strips.
Pour oil to depth of 3 inches in a Dutch oven.
Heat to 375\u00b0 and fry ham strips until crisp.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately.
