Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 can one pie pumpkin/squash mix
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix dry ingredients; add oil, eggs, water, pumpkin and nuts.
Fill three (1 pound) coffee cans 1/2 full.
Batter will rise to the top.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
