10 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried parsley leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
12 to 16 oz. American cheese
Preparation

Quick and easy.
Good hot or cold.
Follow the directions on the back of Knorr pasta sauces presto sauce mix.
Bows can be substituted for or with your favorite pasta.
