Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube butter
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 or 3 green onions, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 to 5 lbs. chicken wings
Preparation
    Cut tips of chicken wings and discard.
    Cut in half.
    Brown in butter and garlic.
    Add soy sauce; cover and simmer on low for 1 1/2 hours.
    Sprinkle sugar on top.
    Tilt lid and continue simmering 1/2 hour more.
    Add onion and mushrooms last 5 minutes.
