Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    1 c. white sugar, mixed with 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Cook carrots in pressure cooker for 15 minutes; drain.
    Mash carrots and add sugar, margarine and cinnamon; mix well.
    Add beaten eggs, 1 at a time; mix well and put in 8 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch Pyrex dish.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook for 45 minutes.
