Pork Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pouch Campbell's dry onion soup mix
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 egg or 2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. water
    6 boneless pork chops (each 3/4-inch thick, about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1 can Campbell's traditional spaghetti sauce
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    With a rolling pin, crush soup mix in pouch.
    On wax paper combine soup mix, bread crumbs and black pepper.
