Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs and bananas.
    Sift and add dry ingredients; beat well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    If use Pyrex, bake at 25\u00b0 lower.
