Cottage Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely ground dill pickles
black pepper (optional)
paprika (optional)
Preparation

Empty cottage cheese into a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in mayonnaise by hand; then add the dill pickles.
Return to cottage cheese container and chill.
