Zucchini Turned Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. chopped zucchini, peeled
    1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 1/2 c. bottled lemon juice
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Let cool; pack into freezer boxes, leaving headspace, or simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pack into hot pint jars.
    Process in hot water bath for 30 minutes.
